CAST PARTIAL DENTURES
When we speak of the "Art of Precision" in dentistry, we often think of crown and bridge fixed restorations. Now, we are proud to offer this same precision in a different art form: removable cobalt-chrome frameworks and combination cases. For so long, partail chrome frameworks have been referred to as just "partials." As you learn more about the Wironium® Chrome-Cobalt System, the in-depth training in which all licensed Wironium® laboratories participate in, and the alternative case planning opportunities you now have, a "partial" becomes a Precision Removable Appliance or PRA.
The Wironium® System offers three unique alternatives:
1. Wironium® can be used for clasp prostheses which surpass conventional frameworks in terms of retention, design, fit and longevity.
2.Wironium® has the versatility to be in the framework and foundation for combination cases, including cases involving milled work.
3. Wironium's® cast ability and solder ability enhance and strengthen your designs for precision attachments, such as the Ancora rod attachment and the BegoClip©.
THE ALLOYS
Wironium® is a patented alloy that is enriched with nitrogen. It is characterized by a particularly high ductile yeld, greater elongation limit, and superior strength. To ensure consistent quality, a sample is taken from each melt and tested. Technologically advanced computer-controlled equipment analyze the sample and determine its exact makeup, including the trace of elements, with an accuracy of 0.1%.

OUR TRAINING
All laboratories authorized to use the Wironium® alloy have particpated in an extensive, hands-on training program, at which technicians learn how to utilize the system and its highly accurate refractory materials and duplicationg systems for reproduction of master models. The accuracy of the refractory models results in precision fits with unsurpassed functional and aesthetic advantages to you. The thinner frameworks and lightweight feel of the alloy bring phonetic advantages and comfort to the patient.
